Things are looking up - Bompa - 05-28-2013

I first started using CPAP in March of 2011 with a pressure of 12.0.
I was called and did a 2 year Titration Study in March 2013.

I got a call today from my DME saying she had a prescription to lower my Pressure 1 point, down to 11.

So, for you new members and all others, you can improve your Sleep Apnea by following directions and persevering with the initial discomforts and pain in the butt things.
Stick with it and you won't even notice, or if you're like me, putting your machine on at night and getting help with breathing, that you are using a device.
