Upgrade [firmware] issues with Dreamstation Go - heavydpj - 11-24-2021

Please forgive me if this is in the wrong section, but I'm having issues with upgrading firmware for my Dreamstation Go.

After a couple years of owning my Dreamstation Go, I purchased the humidifier kit for it (I've been using a HME).  When I attempted to update the firmware with the included micro SD card, I got a message saying that there was "Data Activity" but not the anticipated question, "Would you like to upgrade software?"

I've tried several different micro SD cards to no avail.  I also tried to upgrade to v1.1.5 with an equally disappointing lack of success.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I noticed that there is a USB slot, can I connect a card reader to that, or is it strictly for USB power?

Thanks!

There are directions for upgrading the firmware in the "Private Files and Links Forum."  You must be logged into your account to access it.
Scroll down until you find directions for the DS Go.

I really can't help much except to advise that you read the directions carefully.

Probably real time clock error or software issue.

If the RTC shifted the device may unable to run the upgrade program. Also if you insert and remove the card when power on it may trigger some kind of bugs that make the device cannot read or write data to the card.

You can check with an empty card and try to load your therapy data, if there are data inside, then you can exclude the possibility of software issue.
