I lost my mask elbow and I can order it online, but I rather buy it from a store so I can use my CPAP today if possible

Did you find a vendor? I hope so.
I live in Canada--my supplier is close by (60 miles.) Is your vendor nearby?
If the store is near, I would be inclined to buy a full mask in case anything else goes wrong.
I can't imagine how long it would take to get an elbow sent from my country to Saudi Arabia. I wish I could help more.

BTW how is your treatment going? I wonder if others here can help you establish pressures that will help you. If you decide to ask for help they will ask for OSCAR printouts as a start.

Another thought....when I replace a mask I keep the old one and all it's headgear, just in case.

I don't know of any store in Saudi Arabia to refer you to. Hope you find the part or have one from an old mask.
