sleep states - cberistain - 12-28-2021

is it possible from looking at the pressure curve to determine  the sleep state? ( awake, light, deep, rem)?  My fitbit makes an attempt at it but I don't trust the data.
thanks

To some extent yes. Awake breathing tends to have a lot of irregularities in it. Sleep breathing tends to be smooth and even. You need to measure your brain activity to be accurate.
