Welcome to the forum,

Most times when masks are wearing out, leak rates in your data will increase, or you may hear or feel more air leaks.

You can get OSCAR if you haven't yet. It's free to install and then you can see your data yourself. Data helps you drive your PAP therapy much better by actually seeing the needed info to manage settings.

thank you for reply
at what rate is and is not acceptable and which graph
i have OSCAR & SLEEPYHEAD both

OSCAR will be the better choice, as it's being updated to fix bugs, etc.

If you have a ResMed, then there's a leak chart on the right, and 24 L/min is considered the leak redline. If you're using Philips Respironics, they show total leaks above and excessive leaks below on that right side leak chart. I'm not sure what Respironics leak threshold is.

And be mindful if yours is a Philips Respironics, it may be on the recall list.

I think these are 2 generations old, likely at or near the end of life. It may be time to start looking for a replacement.
