Variable breathing and O2 levels - modernsportscar - 02-05-2022

I am seeing variable breathing issues--anywhere from 10 to 20% of my sleep. My 02 levels used to be ~91-93% when I slept before beginning BiPAP treatment in early January. I'm now around 95% but obviously want to be closer to 99%.

Last night was particularly bad--see the screenshot. I've searched and still don't fully understand variable breathing and what it means and what I should do about it.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

For the record, I’ve been reading information like this— https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5027356/

I guess I’m asking for the general consensus in the ‘SBD community’—a kind of layman’s terms.
