Newbie oscar data - sandrshe - 02-21-2022

New to cpap for 7 days now. AHI has been 1.5 or under. Today on my off day i decided to lay down for an hour and was shocked at this data. All the OA and CA....i'm not even sure if I fully slept or just dosing in and out. This 55min gave me AHI 19. Is this real or errors?

This is real, it just isn't real sleep, and the apnea counted were just dozing transition stuff. The pressures were being vaulted, and you had very little sleep until about 12:29:00, if your breathing flow form is typical.

Not a problem to resolve.

anyway, the pressure reached about 9.5 before it seemed to really calm you down. If that were my chart for multiple nights of regular sleep, I would start my pressure a little below 9.5 instead of the 4 cm it is currently set at. My choice would be to try a min pressure of 7, knowing it will probably rise to about 9, maybe before I fell asleep.
