DME supplier recommendation? - Utah Desert Rat - 03-14-2022 I've been using Aeroflow Sleep for my supplies and they've been awful. They don't answer emails (I have a speech problem so I avoid the phone), you can't change any of your supplies, you can't buy any of the products they offer even though the website looks like you can (it's a really terrible implementation). I need to change my mask, so now is the time to make a switch. Does anyone have especially good things to say about any of the suppliers on our list? Appreciate it! RE: DME supplier recommendation? - Gideon - 03-14-2022 try Supplier #1 RE: DME supplier recommendation? - Sleeprider - 03-14-2022 If you plan to use insurance to cover supplies, then the place to start is the list of in-network providers that your insurance provider can supply or may be published on their website. RE: DME supplier recommendation? - Utah Desert Rat - 03-14-2022 Thanks for the recommendation, but looks like they don't take Medicare and I'd have to hassle the reimbursement myself (I'm getting a little old for that!). That was the ONLY good thing about Aeroflow -- they did all the insurance billing, including Medicare, themselves and I never paid a cent or saw an invoice. Thanks, I did actually manage to get the Medicare site to spit out some local DMEs! |
