I would love to import heart rate and oxygen readings from my Apple Watch into OSCAR.
Curious what those values are during sleep events.
I wear watch while sleeping.

What type of watch do you wear? some like the CMS 50F is downloadable but many are not.

There are apps that export CSV reports. And show continuous reading in the app.
I’m looking into a continuous heart rate export.
