My breathing is worse when I'm prone. I've also got some weird sh*t where my innards press on my heart when I'm lying down. Apparently not serious, but it shows up on the stress test. Weird sh*t is the medical term BTW. ?
I think I'll try sleeping in the recliner one night, before I blow a grand on one of those bed frames. There are so many brands and some look like expensive crap. I'm not convinced they are all that comfortable either.
Anyone have one? Do you like it? Does it improve your Apnea?
