OSCAR feedback please - Sleepy Willy - 05-16-2022

I'm uploading another OSCAR screengrab, after adjusting my Trigger sensitivity, suggested after a previous upload.

My AHI look much better, I had no CA, UA or HA events, although it was a leaky night. My silly machine gave me the smiley face for mask seal this morning, but I could feel it blowing on my face all night and woke up with dry mouth and dry eyes. I did adjust the straps a couple of times, but I don't see any real improvement in the graph.

The main question I had though is about the less than spectacular SPO2 readings, I spent 94 minutes below 90%, despite being on 2 lpm of O2. The drops in O2 are somewhat related to the leaks, but not entirely and the events seem even less related to the drops in O2. Can someone provide a more insightful reading or offer some feedback on the possible causes of the low SPO2 readings.

Thanks
