DS 2 (520X110C with heated tube) Humidity - todivefor - 05-19-2022 I'm in FL. so high humidity, and I have bronchitis. I am playing with humidity settings and would like to maximize humidity. With my DS 1, I believe I could set either adaptive on / off. Adaptive on with humidity level 3, provided very little humidity, while adaptive off, worked better. Either DS 2 does not have this setting or I am missing it (looking at both clinician and user settings). I want to set humidity level at 3, with no adjustment for ambient humidity. Am I able to do this on DS 2? RE: DS 2 (520X110C with heated tube) Humidity - zellem - 05-22-2022 Unfortunately DS2 doesn't support changing humidification mode. RE: DS 2 (520X110C with heated tube) Humidity - sawinglogz - 05-23-2022 Yes, your only options are (1) to have a heated tube (with adjustable tube temperature and humidity level) or not (with adjustable adaptive humidity level), and (2) to have humidity turned off entirely. The DS2 doesn't have non-adaptive humidification any more. So maybe try humidity level = 5? RE: DS 2 (520X110C with heated tube) Humidity - todivefor - 05-23-2022 Thanks all. Didn't think I was missing the setting. I'm new to the heated tube. I like it in cold weather, but not in warm, humid weather. I'll have to play around with the humidity settings. |
