How do I check how much REM stage 3 sleep I got in OSCAR? - Determinism - 06-08-2022

You need a device that records sleep stages; your CPAP does not.

As a rule of thumb, take a look at respiration rate:

Phases of high and "irregular" respiration indicate REM.  My crystal ball tells me REM-phases around 0:30--1:00, 2:30--2:50, 4:30--500 and maybe around 7:30.
