I have a new device, "ResMed AirCurve 10". How do I get the Responics Encore Pro 2 program to read the card. The program insists that it should have a card from my old device.

The EnCore software has no provision to read data from a ResMed device.

You need to start using OSCAR. free download from the top of this site.

You can't. Encore is for Philips Respironics machines.

According to your profile the software you're using is SleepyHead. The modern version of that software is OSCAR.

If you want the official software for your ResMed machine you'll need ResScan. It's much better than Encore but still clumsy. OSCAR is much better software.
