Advice on settings - fincy - 06-30-2022

Hey everybody. I just got my rental Resmed Airsense 10 autoset that I'm using in the meantime while insurance takes another 3 months for me. This is my first time ever using this, but I chose the nasal pillow. Does anyone have any advice on what settings / pressure to set for the first night? MY sleep study results were: AHI 11.3 with 80 Hypopneas, 4 obstructive, 15 central and 1 mixed apnea. I'm totally don't know what to do, and I'm going to get an SD card and an SD card reader and download OSCAR in the meantime, but I'm just looking for some starting settings to try out knowing that most of my AHI is comprised of Hypopneas. Thank you for any information, and feel free to remove this is if it breaks any rules.

Welcome to the Apnea Board. Asking for advice, and giving, is why we're here.

For a start, I would suggest a minimum of 7 and maximum of 12 cm H2O. Wit so many hypopneas, I would also suggest using EPR full time at 3, but with a fair number of Centrals, the results will bear watching, that they don't increase.

After you get the SD card, reader, and OSCAR post your daily chart a couple of times a weeks using the F12 key to take your screen grabs.
