Hello! Two OSCAR questions: 1. Where can I find the best source of instruction on how to backup my SD card? I use Windows 11. 2. Does it matter if I take a nap in the afternoon? It looks like Oscar capture both the nap and the overnight yesterday but I've read the two "sessions" may cause the analysis of any date to be skewed. Thanks!
