Good AHI but still not waking up rested - seiferseph - 07-17-2022
Hi all, similar issues to some others - My AHI numbers are very low but my sleep quality and deep sleep is still low (based on how I feel, how rested I am, and with a few sleep apps). My partner also mentions I am still getting up throughout the night, unchanged from when I started using the machine a few months ago.
