Travel Cpap - Duncansleeps - 08-04-2022

Sorry but I'm  in a bit of a hurry.   My travel is not normal travel but on ferry or hiking, and other types of adventurous travel and my newer Philipls is like a burden to add on to my luggage.  BTW I'm 82 YO and yes, still doing some interesting travel but It will come to a  end LOL

Trying to buy a travel Cpap.  Looking at the ResMed mini or the new Transcend micro, not sure it is in all dealers at this time.   BTW I do not need a battery for the unit.

Any Suggestions/opinions  would be helpful.

1. Is there an adaptor to let the Resmed mini use my Philips mask and/or tubing?

The Transcend is compatible with all tubing but hard to find out how it uses humidity products.

There are adapters you can buy for the airmini to use any mask with regular tubing. With transcend there are inline HME (heat / moisture exchanger) that you put between your mask and tube that helps with humidification. The airmini with its masks has little HME pucks you put in between the hose and mask as well. I have an airmini and quite like it.

Thanks for the reply, thought I  would get more replies, must be Covid LOL.

Do you have any idea what or where to get an hose/mask adaptor to fit my creamware to the air mini?

Search the supplier list at the top of page.  Supplier #1 shows a AirMini Adapter.

Also, check Amazon.
