ResScan 5.9 getting started - B1Sailor - 09-20-2022

I was interested in seeing what my DME's view of my data was so I downloaded ResScan 5.9. This is on Windows 10

The download only returns error "Connect to flow generator or data car and try again".  I have the data card inserted.

I did not install the options for add-ons during install per SuperSleeper instructions. In the ResScan start menu, there is a DataCard Reader. But it appears to want to install the options SuperSleeper instructed not to install.

According to the download page you need ResScan version 7 for the AirSense 11

Like Jeff said, you will need the newer version of ResScan. When Resmed developed the AS11 series, they modified the data output file names too. Joy! Joy! Joy! Oh-jeez

Thanks. I missed required for AirSense 11. I figure that login security was going to bite me with the 11.

Thanks

Its the same password you use to login to your user account on Windows 10.

I discovered it's the same password as my Skype account... for me anyway

Thanks to all.  I have connected with ResScan 7.
Thanks

A lot of parts I like. OSCAR is still easier. Starting reading now. Why ResScan looks like it has the same charts at the top of the screen and the bottom.

Does ResScan report usage of ResScan back to ResMed?

"Does ResScan report usage of ResScan back to ResMed? " - No.

I don't see the explanation in the documentation.
So I guess the split screen reports is like Pinned charts in OSCAR. With twist that it can be for a different period of time.
So one freezes one set in top or bottom and then scrolls through the rest in the oother.
