Good afternoon,
As recommended here on this board, I tired a c collar, because I tuck my chin in, with my oral mouthpiece and I snored most of the night according to my Snore lab app. I have not snored in a long time with the mouthpiece by itself. I will have an oxygen report tomorrow so it will be interesting to see the numbers. the oxygen with the oral mouth piece was a low of 82 last time I used it with night owl. I took a nap intentionally this afternoon with just the c collar and I snored very bad according to the app. the collar is comfortable and not tight but apparently something is going on. I will try it tonight with my CPAP machine and see what happens.. Any suggestions???
