Keep Your Stuff Together - SuperSleeper - 11-04-2022

This is a quick request for new (and old) members. When posting questions about your therapy, and especially when responding to advice received, please keep everything in one thread. That way all your history and advice received is together in one easily-accessible location.  If you keep starting new threads, your stuff will end up all over the place and people trying to give advice must search previous threads to be sure they  don’t give contraindicated advice.

An easy way to start asking questions about your therapy is to start a new thread, titled something like "BillyBob7's Therapy Thread" (if your username is BillyBob7).  Then keep all your therapy questions in that one thread.

Also, please refrain from "hijacking" somebody else's thread. If you are responding to matters raised within a thread, that's fine.  But if you want to introduce a new topic, then it's probably best to start your own thread.

If we can keep these simple guidelines in mind, it will allow members to receive more targeted advice-- and it reduces the moderators' workload as well.
