ResMed .rlk Files - BobF - 07-30-2013

I have a ResMed S9 Elite and check and save my data using the ResMed software. It saves a .pdf file and an .rlk file. What is the .rlk file and is it necessary to save them? I have all my .pdf and .rlk files saved. Thanks, Bob.

Yeah, the pdf is not as useful as looking at the data.
