Grayed Areas on OSCAR - ejbpesca - 12-04-2022

I have searched the Wiki tutorial on OSCAR and the net but can't find it.  What do the gray areas of Flow Rate indicate?

Without seeing your actual chart, I'm guessing the grayed area is showing where leaks occurred. Does the grayed area match the leak and event graph?

Yes. The The gray areas are where all the action is, events etc. What do areas being grayed over tell? False data? Compromised data due to leaks?

The gray areas represent large leaks.

Not false data, but data could be compromised due to large leaks.
Post a screenshot if you want more clarity.

Do large leaks cause sure therapy failure therefore OAs?

RE: Grayed Areas on OSCAR - Crimson Nape - 12-04-2022

Yes, to your question. It means that the leak exceeds the air pump's ability to deliver enough volume and pressure to adequately provide proper therapy.  This will seriously hinder the CPAP from recognizing events.
