Convert Wellue O2 Ring files to SpO2 files - jbeam - 12-13-2022
I was wondering if someone would know how I could convert Wellue O2 Ring data files to SpO2 files so I could review the O2 Ring data in Contec's SpO2 Assistant? I like the SpO2 Assistant's ability to scale both the analysis and display parameters and its summary oximetry report. My Contec CMS50F died and the O2 Ring is more comfortable to wear. The O2 Ring's new Android app and their O2 Insight Pro software I find of little use except for the addition of motion data. I haven't been able to use my CPAP because I have complex apnea and the CPAP causes central apneas. I am unable to read imported oximetry data in OSCAR without an associated CPAP file and, in any case, I find SpO2 assistant more robust at analyzing oximetry data than OSCAR. I do use an oxygen concentrator at night which helps keep my SpO2 above 90%.

The SpO2 file has a header that OSCAR ignores during import, so we've never tried to figure out what to put in it.
I don't know where it might be documented, sorry.

The known fields are mentioned in the viatom_loader code. This file is located in the OSCAR source at: "oscar/SleepLib/loader_plugins/viatom_loader.cpp".
