Please help with analysis of OSCAR data - Quagga - 01-05-2023

Hallo everybody

I would really appreciate it if someone can help me make sense of my OSCAR data (see attachments).

On the 29th of december I set my own personal record of 6 hours of CPAP use, but felt terrible when I woke up.
Is there any indication in the data as to why that might have been?

This was five weeks into my treatment for central apnea (diagnosed with AHI of 39).

Any observations or comments are welcome. Thanks!

Could someone please take a guess why did not received any replies? Did I give too little information?

Quagga,
If you were diagnosed with CSA, you may have been placed on the wrong type machine.
Only an ASV would treat Central Sleep Apnea.

If you have a copy of the sleep report, please post it here.

You're 5 to 6 weeks into treatment.  Is this a typical chart?  Have you used other settings and/or EPR?

Your leak rate isn't what we consider too high, but is fairly steady during the night and seems to fall in line with the Flow Limitation and CA's on your graphs.

How is your mask fitting?  The leak graph shows a bit of mask movement and possible mouth breathing.  CA's could be flagged even if you're awake and holding your breath, or fussing with your mask could cause leaks to be flagged.
