Started with a Respironics Wisp. I kept having leaks, always in the same spot. I switched two days ago to the Pilairo, and it is a dream. No leaks at all. I think it won't last too long - seems like saran wrap thickness.

Well, I don't have the Pilairo, so I can't comment based on personal experience, but I have never seen any review that indicated flimsiness and/or premature failure.
