Software - karampelasm - 08-20-2013

New to the forum. I have a Respironics Remstar Pro Cflex Cpap with an Encore Pro smart card and Infineer card reader. I have tried the Sleepyhead 9.3 software and cannot get the software to read the data to import it. Tried all the USB ports with no luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

Does anyone have the software named Respironics Encore Pro 2.4 64 bit. That is what I usually use but it got corrupted and will not save the data. Trying to get a printout to send to the FAA for my medical.
Thanks.

Hi karampelasm,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
I don't use the data-management software but hang in there and someone who uses and understands it will be able to help you soon.
Best of luck to you.

Welcome to the forum. SleepyHead does not support machines uses smart card prior to "System One" machines which uses an SD card

You can buy Encore software on-line or you might ask your supplier/doctor to print the reports for you

You really don't want Encore Pro. It is designed for a sleep lab that has multiple patients under treatment. What you want is called Encore Viewer (apparently formerly called Encore Basic). The latest version is 2.1, and is available for purchase from several vendors in the Supplier List. For example, for Vendor #1 in that list, select "CPAP Software", then "Machine Software". Typical price seems to be around $99.

Welcome to the forum!!! We are glad you joined us!!! Welcome

Sorry you are having this issue. You might need to contact your DME in the near-term to get your compliance reports printed off.

SleepyHead, while good, is not officially validated and verified software and could cause issues for you with the FAA.
