I use a ResMed Everest 3 cpap, and want to make sure it is still calibrated correctly. The guide does not include this model. How can I test the calibration?

Can you take it to a DME and have them check it?

Do you mean "AEIOmed Everest 3 CPAP, the clinical manual is available via Email, scroll down to section three (other manuals)
http://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-pressure/change-cpap-pressure-settings-adjusting-your-machine-with-a-clinician-setup-manual

For pressure check, you need a manometer, any CPAP supply store can check for you, buy one or make your own, here is the link show how to make your own manometer http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Home-made-Manometer-for-few-dollars?highlight=manometer
