HELP! Sleepyhead cant't find Data - bwexler - 10-24-2013

Well I completed my first night with my new PRS one Bipap Auto SV.
I put the SD card in my computer as usual and I can see the directory tree and some data but Sleepyhead does not see what I see.

Does someone know the trick to get Sleepyhead to find the data on the SD card?
I have been using Sleepyhead with my old Resmed S9 for 3 years, so it is probably something simple.

Hi bwexler
I don,t use SH but recall someone mentioned you need the latest SH version

I am running Windows 7 Pro.
I thought I had the latest version of SH since claimed to have checked automatically this week.
I will verify.

The file structure on a PRS is different from a Resmed. When you insert the card, click on [Import] and when SH asks if you want to use the remembered location, try clicking on the [New location] button then navigate to the card. The detailed data is under P-series\P04xxxxx\p0.

I tried that.
I tried each level of the directory tree at least twice.

That's the same type of files I'm seeing. It seems to use three file types (.001, .002 and .005). The first part of the filename (0000000009) is updated each night. There are various other folders in the directory but I don't know if SH uses them or not (it doesn't seem to as far as I can see).

You select the folder that CONTAINS the P-Series folder as a sub-folder instead of selecting the P-Series folder itself. When I put the SD card into my computer's SD card reader, that means I just select the card itself---it's typically named something like: NO NAME and it show up as a "Volume" or a "Disk" at the main (root) level under "Computer" in the bar on the left side of the file browser on my PC.

I'm new to this, and I love data. My card reader (usb) will not read the data from the card, but recognizes the card. But Windows Vista wants to format the card. So, it is a problem with the 660p I have using something different. The software from ResMed won't read the card either, so I just went into the device menu and got the data I wanted for today. I sure would like to make this device wireless so I can get my data when I want it.
