I need some REAL human directions to use this new toy. Also need to know how to use/sync it w/Sleepyhead.
PS I LOVE THE SLEEPYHEAD PROGRAM!

THANKS! It's getting more tolerable over time. I decided up front that I would MAKE this work and, in spite of my very best efforts, it's working! All of the "hang in there's" from this forum were very encouraging when I started...Sept 20, 2013.

I wonder what the difference is between yours and my CMS50F (no blue tooth)? I do not use sleepyhead, but can tell you how to adjust mine - don't know if yours is any different than mine?
