Seeking to get help getting data from SD card - Oxy - 11-02-2013
I am a new member to the forum. Read all the posting on reading the SD card but still need help. I have a Resmed Autoset S9 SD card inserted into a Targus USB adapter. When I insert the adapter in the computer, the computer recognizes it in the G drive. When I insert the SD card and click the G drive to open, the computer asks for the card to be inserted. I downloaded the Sleepyhead program. Open Sleelpyhead V0.93 and clicked on SD import. I get the same computer message, card cannot be found. Can anyone please help me get started?

Are you putting the card into the reader and then inserting the reader into the USB port?
Or are you inserting the reader into the USB port and the inserting the card?
On my computers I have to put the card into the card reader and then insert the card reader into the USB port. If I do it the other way round, the computer can't find the card and I get a message similar to the one you say you're getting.

Ditto with robysue. Put the SD card into the adapter, then insert it into your USB port. On sleepyhead you click on "file" and you must point it to your USB port, and click download.
