sleepyhead leak chart question - WOGDOG - 01-16-2014

i have a question about the sleepy head leak chart
one graph item shows leaks in pink
the other graph line shows total leaks in Gold.
i have a PRsysONE apap

Unlike PRS1 users, Resmed users don,t see two leak graphs, Resmed machines report unintentional leak (mask leak + mouth leak)
PRS1 machines report total leak = intentional leak (mask vents leak) + unintentional leak

I don,t use PRS1 but my guess, unintentional leak shown in pink and total leak shown in gold

For a PR System One xPAP machine:

The top graph is the total leak graph as recorded by the machine. Total leaks include both the intentional leaks built into the mask to prevent rebreathing and unintentional leaks. You want this graph to stay close to the intentional leak rate for your mask at your pressure.

The bottom graph is SleepyHead's estimate of your unintentional leaks. The way SH computes the unintentional leak is through some statistical computations on the total leak rate data.
