Resmed software - Bladskinner - 01-25-2014

Why do some days not have any detailed info. I just got my SD card back from DME and had a week without the card in my elite. It has also happened in the past after download but I think that was before I checked the right box to get all data.

I am guessing that part of the reason is because you didn't have a card in your machine. another reason is that after 7 days, some of the detailed data is no longer available.

Why only 7 days I thought the card could hold a years worth of info.

Resmed machines write the "high frequency" data such as flow direct to the SD card. If there's no card in the machine, it doesn't record this stuff. Information such as "compliance" data is kept in the machine for a year, but most of the detail stuff is over-written weekly. Which is pretty stupid. Bug-eyed

Details here: http://www.s9morecomfort.com/s9morecomfort/new_en_gb/compliance-management.html

If you need to send your card away, make a copy and keep the original in your machine, and download to your computer at least once a week. (There are lots of threads discussing the mechanics of this).

365 summary sessions
30 detailed sessions
7 high-rate detailed sessions

this is for sd card only per resmed info

Yes the whole staff of 4 works part time. With one guy to call but never there. I'm finding out that he only works Thursday at the arrow place and some were else the rest of the time. They don't listen to you and are not competent at there job. I know more than he does. And believe me that's not much! I'm in this about two months now. You call and leave a message for him to call and maybe a week later after more calls he will call back.
They also mark up everything. I can get the Resmed s9 filters for .15 cents each and they charge the ins 24 bucks for 2.

Two suggestions:

Stay away from Apria because you will be changing one set of problems for another

If you have a SleepMed close by, try them.
