itchy inside of nose - Williams199 - 02-01-2014

Hi! New to the forum, but not to the CPAP. I've been using a nose pillow for some time now, my biggest complaint is the inside of my nose itches during the night. I end up taking the mask completely off. I've tried Ayr, anti-itch creams and anything else I could think of using. Nothing seems to help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Williams199,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
Since you have tried many different things, There is one last thing that I can think of; you could cget a trimmer to trim the hairs in your nose, sometimes those hairs can cause itches.
Best of luck to you.

Hi Williams199, welcome aboard
Nasal mask. I find sinus rinse helps with dry nose and turn up humidity level, others might need turn down ... every nose is different

Thanks trish6hundred and zonk! I've used some really small scissors to trim the 'ol nose hairs up, but maybe that's not enough. It is kind of a tickling sensation now that I think about it more. I might try the sinus rinse as well, can't hurt! Thanks again!!
