I don't know anything about the machine you use but SH works with this: Supports DeVilbiss Intellipap machines

As far as it not working on your PC, I don't know why not as long as you have the machines listed above. Check your OS to see if SH will work with it.

Hopefully someone can offer you more suggestions.
