As Zonk has stated, when the 15mm heated tubing is connected the setting is automatically set to 15mm. I also have the Series 60 model 460 with the heated tubing. I use a standard 22mm tubing most of the time because it gets cold only few months out of the year here in Southern CA.

Thank's for information re heated hose locked at 15mm , after last nights use the option has reverted to 22mm tubing .SWMBO told me off for playing around with the machine but all is well now and thanks to the Manual for my CPAP I understand the settings much better. Gordon in cold Tasmania , minus 4C overnight and top of 7C today , just as well I have the humidifier and heated hose.

The machine will "detect" which heated hose is being attached and automatically adjust it to that setting.

If you disconnect the heated hose in the morning, it will be at whatever setting you had it before the heated hose was attached.

I don't normally recommend switching back and forth between tubing sizes. Both standard tubes and heated hoses come in a 15 and a 22. For the VAST majority of people, the 15 is fine on the S-9. For people on fairly high pressures then I go with the 22.
