Another 0 night - PaytonA - 09-09-2014

I know that it does not really mean a whole lot but I had another night where AHI=0 but it's kind of fun to get one every now and then. I went for quite a while with my old machine below AHI=5 but never any lower than 1.8. Last night along with my AHI=0 my 95%leak was 0 too. That is a first. My leaks are usually good but not that good.

Sleep Well.

Best Regards,

PaytonA

Hi PaytonA,
Good goin',! a great leak score to go along with your 0 night.

RE: Another 0 night - justMongo - 09-09-2014

Payton: was it plugged in?

RE: Another 0 night - PsychoMike - 09-09-2014

@Mango: hahahah...you're a funny one Wink

@PaytonA: Good for you! When you find "the" set-up that works for you, it's great. I finally did for me and I'm very happy that the "0" nights are more frequent now. I know I feel the difference from getting optimum (for me) therapy.

Yes 0 is great. Good job Payton. My goal is not zero, but something like -5 or so. I think it's "payback" time.

S9 machines will sometimes get stuck on zero in terms of the AHI display on the screen, but I think the SD card data will still be correct. Unplugging it for a minute or so usually fixes it.

RE: Another 0 night - readyforsleep - 09-09-2014

Very impressive! Is flow 0 too?

RE: Another 0 night - zonk - 09-09-2014

Yes do the unplugging and plugging trick
I get zero AHI from time to time but not zero maximum leak, not even in blue moon

Let not ponder on this too much, congrats on job well done

This was only the second night after plugging it in after our trip and that was from the SD card.
