New theory - readyforsleep - 09-11-2014

I have a new theory, tell me if this makes any sense. I think I may have
excessive throat mucas caused by certain foods like milk, chocolate, icecream,
maybe banannas. My nose is not stuffed up, during the day I have no problem,
but when I lay down the mucas probably accumulates. Anyone else run into this or am I loosing it?

I will figure this out...

Thanks

Could be Ready. Not necessarily from the foods although certain foods will increase allergic membrane sorts of things. My advice is to test the theory by making sure you have one, maybe two banana splits a night for the next 365 days. Skip the milk though. That would be overkill.

And drink lots and lots of water all day! If that doesn't thin out your mucus it will get you up several times to pee and you can spit out that mucus while you're at it. It's an acquired skill and won't take long for you to find out what hour to stop the water intake to avoid the night time pee trips. If you strike the proper balance, you can possibly manage both problems.

NASACORT is a good bet for helping your condition. Was a prescription only product @ $170 and is now available OTC for 18 bucks. It works wonderfully well for my sinus problem and believe me, I tried everything else. ENT approved for daily use if needed with no harmful long term usage issues.

.......and a hidden benefit to that is it will allow you the opportunity to prepare a small late night snack. Like a hot fudge sundae. No bananas after midnight though.

Losing i? Losing it? I think I lost it a long, long, time ago in a galaxy far, far, away. Laugh-a-lot

I notice this when I have anything with milk in the evening. I have heard that singers must avoid milk and maybe other products due to the increased mucus and fullness in the throat.

I think if you increase the pressure of the bananas by 2cm you would see everything even out in the end...

Ahhh, the madness is catching... "We are not alone....." What's that? The voices are telling me we are not alone. But that one guy keeps saying we are alone. I think all these other voices need to whack him.
