650 is a plain Bipap on the 50 series platform, does give you full data. , 750 is a auto bipap on the old 50 series platform and the 760 is a auto bipap on the new 60 series platform both giving you full data. Eat-popcorn

Differences between Philps Respironics series 50 and series 60:
Series 60 has a changed humidifier with the posibility to use a heated hose. It has another power jack socket. Some of the humidifiers of the series 60 have out of the box already the connectors for the hose, some have not! There exists an upgrade kit by philips respironics containing the heated hose, a 80W power supply and the upgraded chamber lid for the series 60 humidifier. The heated hose will only work with the 80W power supply. A series 60 machine recognizes the kind of the power supply and will delock the options for the heated hose only if it is connected to the 80W power supply!

For not-heated hoses there exist a liner by Philips Respironics for reducing condensation. There are others, too. There exists heated hoses with external power supply - they should work with any machine but you'll need a second wall socket.

I prefer the smart version of the complete series 60.

There may be more differences.
Philips Respironics has a confusing model policy.
