New Guy having troubles with GoodKnight 425 ! - MuzzleMike - 10-21-2014

I have a GoodKnight 425 Bipap . I have had it for a very long time . I can not remember when I got it . I stopped using it a while back . I was having troubles sleeping with it . Not sure why . I decided I better get back on it to get some sleep . I plugged it in and got a code ER 15 . I unplugged it and plugged it back in and the same thing happened . I tried some of the buttons and it started to work . Seams to be working but the counter started all over again . I am going to get a hold of the Doc to get a supplier for the supplies . Should I ask for them to look at the Bipap also ?

Thank You

MM

found this after I Googled the error code .. Looks like it might be a dead or very low internal battery probably used for the clock ..

"Open the unit from the 4 screws at the bottom of the device (torx)
You can locate a 2032 battery with pins on the side of the unit
Change the battery , plug and unplug your device twice. This solved Er 15 on goodknight 425 "
