Anyone know where I can purchase this item in the U.S.A.?

I use aliexpress more than 50 times (perhaps because I live in Asia) without any problems. I think it has customer protection too.

As CMS 50i is manufactured by Contec, I think you should get it from Contec (also sell in AliExpress). There are lots of imitations in China.
