New to CPAP and everyone uses acronyms to describe different things. Where can I find what the acronyms stand for and maybe a definition?

Apnea index (AI) is the average number of apneas per hour
Hypopnea index (HI) is the average number of hypopneas per hour
AHI = AI + HI

(Hypopnea is a reduction in airflow which is significant enough to affect your respiration but not a complete cessation. Typically a 40% or 50% reduction, depending on which school you went to).
