Just got my machine - jeffbrdr - 02-24-2015
It's an Airsense 10... Actually looking forward to starting therapy tonight.
Is this a good machine? Any pointers or tips?

There are several models of that machine. Did you get the CPAP, Elite or Autoset? The Airsense 10 CPAP has no data and is what we fondly refer to as a brick. The others produce useful data.

It is the latest Resmed machine out on the market. It would be helpful if you can update your machine info with the specific machine you have, mask, pressure, etc. so when you ask questions, we can better help you.

It's the market leader. Lots of people here own it and can coach you through tuning it and resolving any issues you have.
