Thanks to everyone for their responses. Sorry I did not get back sooner, but life gets crazier than it should, sometimes, and it took all of my attention for a few days.... I may raise upper limits a little so events won't bounce off the ceiling so much. I notice all my OS occurs while on my back. May go back on my back, some, just to get off my aching shoulders. Just when you look at the pie chart, it's a lot of purple and dark blue! AHI night before last was .84, and last night was 2.5; no OS. Thought about raising lower some, but don't really know what I would be trying to accomplish, unless I find for sure it is the increase in pressure during events that is making me wake up, and roll over in bed, again.
