Hello Ralph, welcome to Apnea Board!
For your AirSense 10 machine, you can use either ResMed's "ResScan" software or the open-source "SleepyHead" software; both are free.

Thanks. I had asked for the link a couple of weeks back and just now got around to downloading - but the link doesn't work. so I re-requested and sure enough, got a new link.

I was able to download and install the software without any problem. Reply to my request was almost immediate.
My laptop has an SD card reader and the installed software discovered the card as soon as I opened it up.
