Complaints under federal ADA (ADAAA)? - JumpStart - 04-30-2012

Does anybody know the procedures for filing a complaint under the ADA regarding employer failure to make reasonable accommodations? What agency takes the complaint, what steps are required, time for consideration of issues (short of court), etc.?? Would you detail those steps? Thanks.

Title I complaints (job related) are filed with the EEOC.

Thanks, Paula. I hoped you might chime in. I am still intrigued by the website on the subject you cited in another thread.

Who, JAN? They've been around a very long time. I refer to them a lot if I want a legal opinion on the ADA.
