So after 2 weeks, I'm catching up and starting to notice a real difference in not being tired during the day.
My wife is happy too, and as of last Saturday I moved back into the Master bedroom.
The issue now that I'm sharing a bed again is I'm having issues with my hose falling off the bed, then the weight of the hose pulling my mask (P10) out of position. This causes a leak which then the hissing either wakes my wife up (who then prods me) or I wake up to adjust the mask.
So question now is are stands worth it, and which ones are actually decent vs pieces of junk?

Debating if I need a full stand like a hose buddy or if just a hose clip attached to the sheet would be good enough.

I use a hose hanger and it has made a definite improvement in my sleep quality. Not knowing if a hose hanger would be of any benefit, I chose the cheapest one I could find from an online supplier. This unit it designed to attach to the bed by sliding a base frame under the mattress and has a 3/8" diameter metal pole that extends up above the sleeper. The top of the pole is canted and has a elastic loop that is used to suspend the hose. Playing with the unit allowed a zero hose weight. This increased my sleep quality. If you haven't noticed, I've become biased on using a hose support. The worst thing about trying this option is that you don't like it and you're out a few dollars.

I noted on the internet that some people buy the 3m Command hooks (pictures hanger section of hardware store) and attach that to either headboard or wall. Then they add a snuggle or fabric cosy to the hose. Then use a length of Velcro to attach two parts of the cozy and hook the Velcro into the hook. Now, this looks like it works great, but I don't think you can put a cozy on a heated tube without creating a fire hazard.
In my case, I just pull the hose under the blanket and use something like the hose clip to prevent the hose from kinking a few inches from the opening. Now this was with my now dead, used Resmed S9 machine using the thin hose. I have kitties and while my usual bed kitty doesn't bother the hose, one of the occasionally night visiting kitties will bite it. So keeping it under covers works better. Otherwise, I would use the 3m Command idea. Please note that they may not remove from wallpaper. I will have to revisit the hose issue next week when I get the Airsense 10 for her.

If your bed has a headboard that can support a clamp, you can use a combo of a plastic clamp with a cable tie. This configuration costs ~$1.5 at Home Depot or other such hardware stores. You can loop the hose thru the cable tie. I use this config with P10. I have also used this successfully with an F10.
If your bed doesn't have a headboard which can support a clamp, use 3M Command cord bundler to loop the hose thru.
In either case the position of the loop should be above your head when you lie down in supine position. The hose will move around with you when you turn. It may be tricky if you turn 360 degrees though.

I use the same/similar hose hanger. It really helps keep the hose from pulling your mask out of position.

Stopping on my way home to buy a spring clamp and a large velcro cable management loop.

It's a great idea, but around here, it would be an instant cat toy. Anything that dangles is under threat. The kittens are almost 9 years old, so I probably have another five before I can dangle things.
