Not exactly! You may have "the right" to choose who you want to deal with, but that does not mean your insurance will cover your equipment.You can choose a non participating provider, but you will pay a greater share of the cost of CPAP and supplies.
My insurance lists 3 possible DME providers who they contract with in my area.
Not all insurance/Medicare policies are equal.
