Something to share with those who would understand and appreciate!
After two plus months insomnia and getting used to a new machine (Airsense 10) I finally feel that I have turned a corner. For the last two nights I have been able to control my leak rate, get great sleep and two straight nights with NO recorded events of ANY kind!!!!

It can happen!

Thanks be to God!

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Good for you. I am envious. I started Nov6th and my longest stretch of sleep without waking up is 4 hours. I am still hoping for that full nights sleep.

If you are getting an AHI of 0.0 for two or more nights in a row, it could be a fault. Unplug the machine at the wall outlet for a full minute and plug back in. It will not "fix" the nights with the fault but it should get the correct AHI the next recording.
