Thank you all again for your suggestions

Setting the minimum to 16 had some effect - though i relaise that was not the advice of you all.

I still jerk awake but eventuiall do get to sleep and sleep well.

Still concernes me that pressures are at ca 19+

I will be seeing a CPAP/ sleep specialist in three weeks (Hey , it is UK. Delay is part of life).

In the meantime i will activate the sleepy head software and may post bits for advice.
